Victoria Medley
Victoria Medley is the Managing Attorney at ZMO Law PLLC. Her legal practice focuses on federal civil rights claims and criminal defense. Ms. Medley regularly represents clients accused of sex crimes, including possession and distribution of child pornography. She has federal trials experience including charges of sex trafficking, child pornography, narcotics, and organized crime.
Ms. Medley was an associate attorney at ZMO Law PLLC from 2018 to 2021, where her practice focused on defending sex offenses, including sex offender registry modification petitions, the creation and distribution of child pornography, and complex sex trafficking investigations. In 2021, Ms. Medley left the firm to become the Associate Court Attorney for the Honorable Adam D. Perlmutter in Kings County Criminal Court. Ms. Medley returned in 2023 to ZMO Law PLLC as Managing Attorney, bringing her expertise from the court system to ZMO Law’s clients.
Ms. Medley graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2014, where she led the school’s local chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union and hosted several panels on “Broken Windows” policing and “Stop & Frisk” policies. While still in law school, she interned with Gideon’s Promise, a non-profit that supports public defenders. Ms. Medley was also awarded the Edward V. Sparer Fellowship and the Platinum Pro Bono award.
